File 02 — for founders

You've got the problem. We've got the team.

Bring the question that's blocking your raise or your roadmap. If it's a fit, a team of Wharton analysts runs at it for a semester and hands you work you can put in front of investors.

What we don't do

We don't run your outreach, send your newsletter, or manage your social. We're not a marketing agency or a sales team.

If your ask starts with “can someone just…,” we're the wrong team. If it starts with “we need to figure out…,” keep reading.

How a semester runs

Weeks 1–4

Discovery and analysis

We dig into the problem, the market, and your data. Ends in a checkpoint where we show what we found and agree on the rest of the plan.

Weeks 5–8

Strategy and modeling

The real build — the model, the teardown, the plan. Weekly reviews so it never drifts from what you actually need.

Weeks 9–12

Build and handoff

We finish the deliverable, pressure-test it, and hand you everything: the work, the data, the assumptions behind it.

What we need from you

The work is free, but it isn't hands-off. The engagements that go well share the same four things.

  • 01

One standing meeting a week with the team.

  • 02

A reply within about two days when we're blocked.

  • 03

Real access — your data, your numbers, a few of your customers.

  • 04

Honest feedback on drafts so we can course-correct.

We take four founders a semester from the dozen or so we talk to. The form is short. We review on a rolling basis and follow up before the next cohort starts.
